MY LIFE IN 20 QUESTIONS

Favorite color

Yellow. Ever since, I have always loved yellow. It has that great summer feel to it. Well they say, yellow could mean jealousy. Am I a very jealous person? In relation, well I think I am. That´s just the only child in meJ

Favorite number

7! I was born on the 7th… and in the bible 7 is a very good number.

Dream career

I am always into a lot of things but I think to be a Traveling Chef cook. I really enjoy both traveling and cooking and I really want to have my own restaurant someday. I really admire Heston Bluementhal and if he did not go to culinary school and still was able to make it big in the culinary world… then you guys watch out, I am the next big thing:)

Where do you see yourself living when you’re on your own?

If I recall, I have always lived with either my parents, or my friends, or some other people (I mean like host families) and currently I live with my husband. Yes, I am married and I have been living with my husband for 2 years almost. We lived in Germany before and moved back to the Netherlands. We live in a small apartment but yes we have plans of moving in a vrijstande woning with a big garden and maybe located in the middle of nowhere..haha.

Favorite way to travel

By car! We have the most efficient car (VW LUPO 3L). My husband and I we like going to different countries with our lupoje. In fact, we plan to drive to the Philippines… crazy or what?

What do you do in your free time?

Watch TV series and you tube videos. I also paint or do DIY projects. Or sometimes, I hang out with my friend and we cook together or do some girly stuffs (like makeovers and putting on nailpolishes).

Favorite clothing stores

When we lived in Germany, I discovered PRIMARK! So yes my top favorite would be Primark because the designs are really nice and it is very cheap. I also like H&M, forever 21, Zara, New Look, River Island and Bershka.

Who would you like to see in concert?

Call me an oldie, but I would really love to see Celine Dion and Josh Groban in concert! It would be a dream come true if I would see them personally and watch them sing live.

Favorite tea blend?

I am a tea lover so choosing what tea blend I like the most is so difficult. I love all sorts of tea but not much the black tea. My top favorites are the Ich liebe dich tea, witte tea, chai tea, fruit blends and chocolate teaJ That´s why my blog is a cup of KERSTEA… in english Cherry Tea.

Do you collect anything?

I collect a lot of stuffs. I collect nail polishes, stamps, souvenir stuffs most especially t-shirts or sweat shirts of countries where I have been and most especially I collect shoes.

I can’t sleep without?

A hanky to cover my eyes! I think almost everyone who knows me, knows that I cannot sleep without a handkerchief or towel or something to cover my eyes. I was once in a friend´s house and we were getting for bed and I checked my stuffs…NO HANKY! I really told my friend, I need to go home get my hanky or I won´t be able to sleep at all. Haha… so yes… I have special hankies that I use and can never sleep without them.

If you were given 1 million dollars all for yourself what would you do with it?

Buy a house with a big garden, travel the world and open up a tiny restaurantJ

Favorite make-up brand?

I think maybelline… ever since I have always been a maybelline fan.

Favorite treat to eat?

Ice cream… especially vegan and homemade ones.

What is your favorite season?

Summer! I was born in a tropical island where it is summer all year long. Well here in netherlands, during summer, people are more alive I would say, more positive and friendlier. It´s the sun I know..haha

Do you sleep with your doors open or closed?

Open or close, I do not mind! I have hanky in my eyes .

Why did you start blogging?

Because I have always loved writing..it is one of my passions. I started several blogs but never got to really continue and this time I really intend to.

Do you have any magazine subscriptions?

No. I want to but my husband thinks it is not cost efficient.

What were you doing at 12AM last night?

Talking to my husband while watching Pretty Little Liars.
